Hendricks gin is hand made in small quantities of 450 liters at a time and one uses including Belgian cucumber and Bulgarian rose petals. Tip: For the quirky Hendricks gin & tonic pour 50ml Hendricks gin in a glass two thirds filled with ice. Take 2 slices of cucumber and rub it over the edge of the glass, and then place it on the ice. Finally complete with tonic.
